purchased installed by Publicnet is under full support both parts and labor
warranty once installed at a location. We will assist you and keep the
burden off your staff. If it is necessary to make a temporary swap, we will
install a working unit and fix your broken system at our location. This
keeps your system down-time to a minimum and ensures customer satisfaction
to a maximum.
The License Agreement
Our support and service continues after the install is concluded. We provide
free updates and upgrades, 24/7 support, remote trouble-shooting, online
usage reporting, advertising management and toll free support.
